Gentle Trauma Release©

People often think that trauma only involves a ‘typical’ traumatic experience, such as being in an accident, or events witnessed by those in a war zone or first responders. But trauma can be so much more and events can begin to accumulate throughout our life. The way you react to those traumas can be different and unique for each person. All of the protocols and everything I do as a certified GTR© Practitioner has been designed with the client in mind.

Meditation, Mindfulness & Qigong

"I can't meditate." I bet you can! There are a multitude of benefits that happen when you meditate. When you can feel more present and mindful as you go about your day, you feel more calm, less reactive, less stressed. Wouldn't that be nice? And Qigong? It’s like a moving meditation and perfect for those who don’t think they can sit still to meditate.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It assists health and healing by balancing our energy and releasing stress and tension. Treatments are individual. private, and very good at helping provide a sense of peace and overall well-being.
